Our Application Process
How does it work?
Kindly submit all required documentation via email to crafservices@safrica.com or via your preferred courier service. Once your documents are received. We will begin your application process by submitting the documentation to the South African Civil Aviation Authority.
The processing of your application at the South African Civil Aviation Authority takes a minimum of 10 to 20 working days (turnaround may increase due to the backlog caused by the lockdown period).

You will receive a notification when documents are received and another notification when sending the license back to you, including the Courier waybill number.
