CA 61–12.4 (Aeroplane)

CA 61-15.4 (Helicopter)

2) Logbook:

Logbook Copies of the last 3 pages incl. a dated “Career Summary” (Incl. Flight Entry,

Endorsement)

Electronic Logbook Copies must be signed and dated by applicant
Copy of the Endorsement, page must be from the back of the logbook

3) Valid RSA Medical (CPL & ATPL Class 1)

4) GR III – Exam Result

5) SACAA FEE

Note

SACAA will not accept the “Prep Test hours” or the “flight test hours” as Patter hours and the patter hours must be indicated as such or as exercises.

Certified by Commissioner of Oath on each page, Electronic Logbook Copies signed and dated.

(Electronic Logbooks must be initialled by the applicant on each page and not certified, except for the endorsement page)

New Requirement – Summary of Hours Flown the last 12 Months …01/10/2019 – 31/10/2020 – Dates must be indicated as the last 12 months “From- To Date”)
