* Endorsement must reflect in the back of the logbook. Logbook copies where the instructor endorsed

a flight will no longer be accepted next to the flight entry.

3) Valid RSA Medical (PPL Class 1/Class 2, CPL & ATPL Class 1)

*Note that if you recently did an electronic medical that was sent to AVMED, a copy of the A4

medical must be submitted with the documentation.

4) Proof of the Night Rating Examinations (Copy)
