Change of Ownership

a) The SELLER (or present registered owner) of a South African registered aircraft must complete and sign the relevant application form, CA47A4.

b) On the CA47A4 form, the seller will complete and sign page 4. The new applicant/owner will complete and sign pages 2 and 3.

c) Both the seller and the new applicant
should adhere to the supporting documents as set out on page 5 of the same form.

NB: an application for registration of an aircraft by the person to whom the ownership of the aircraft is transferred, shall be made within 30 days from the date of transfer.
