a) Applicant must not be less than 16 years of age
b) Hold a class 1 or class 2 medical certificate, issued in
terms of Part 67
c) An original or certified proof of identity of the applicant
d) Two recent passport-sized photos
e) Application form for Student Pilot's licence, Application Form CA61-18
f) Appropriate CAA Fee
